Hello, I recently submitted a ticket to Google support because my Nest was having hardware issues. I bought the Learning Nest Gen 3 June 2022 from Best Buy and had it installed by a Nest Pro but as of late November 2024 the screen started working only intermittently and the Nest was not connecting to wifi whatsoever. After contacting Google support and going through all troubleshooting steps, the Nest was still malfunctioning. I've contacted Google Support several times to get the device replaced since it is still under the 3 year Pro warranty but Google keeps refusing to provide a replacement and said the warranty has expired. Where I live it is -20 celcius and despite treating every Google agent with respect the last agent decided to just disconnect from the conversation. Can anyone help me with this?

Hey Kevin, no one has contacted me it’s been a month and we’re about to have a severe storm in Canada. Can you please help me process a warranty exchange ASAP?
