Only the Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Gen, is compatible with your system.

Try this wiring,

Green - G to G

Blue - C to C

Red - R to R

Yellow - Y to Y1

White - W2 to W2 (set as AUX heat)

Black - E to * (set as Emergency heat)

Orange - O to OB
