That display currently says that the room temperature is 22°C and you currently have it set to 19.5°C. Is your heating system staying on or something like that? Is your house so outstandingly insulated that the temperature doesn’t drop much? Because right now that nest thermostat is claiming that it’s waiting for the temperature to drop down to 19.5°C.

If you have set a heating schedule active, you might need to adjust the schedule temperature and times.

Let’s try and figure this out.  For now, use the Nest App and let’s disable a few things temporarily. Using the Nest App, tap your thermostat and then the Settings gear in the upper right of the screen.  Then turn OFF: Home/Away, and Auto-Schedule. Now exit by tapping the return arrow in the upper left.  Now, let’s see how it behaves in the next 24 hours.

Hi, sorry for the delayed reply, i followed the previous trouble shooting steps and have turned of home and away and auto schedule and it has reverted to the schedule, the heating is never on now due to it coming into summer, im still unsure why the default temperature for the auto schedule was 22 degrees, when we were constantly turning it down, i will leave it on manual schedule for the time being,

Thanks for everyone help
