We had a Google nest installed yesterday and it works well except just realising that the hot water isn't working.
We can call hot water if I put it on manual and if the thermostat is set to increase the temp i.e. calling for heat from the boiler, we can access hot water at the same time. But if we want hot water on demand as you would expect from a combi, it just doesn't happen.
I've gone into pro setup mode that I saw on another post and added the hot weather on off option via equipment menu on thermostat but other than give me another menu that doesn't do anything, nothing has changed with the water.
Hopefully this is a simple fix because at the moment, I'm just putting the boiler back on manual and I may as well not have the nest!
