Every single winter I face the same issue with H1 error on my 2nd generation heat link.
I have 2 heat links at home - one for each floor. The 3rd generation runs all good without any issues. It’s the 2nd generation one which always has problems.
Tried all the fixes - when I reset pairing ( after alternating orange and green light), it connects for literally 2 mins with the thermostat and gives the H1 error again. Last year I was resetting the heat link manually almost every day.
Getting very frustrated with this - would I have to replace the heat link to a newer model?

Unusual this situation as the 2nd Gen are bullet proof, and the 3rd Gen have issues.
Have you ever done a full factory reset?
