H71 Error code- Heat Link

I cannot get my thermostat to link to the heat link.  It has been running fine for months but all of a sudden tonight it’s not working. Have tried many of the suggestions here and used the interactive troubleshooter. 

I now have a slowly flashing blue light.  I can get my heating to work by manually doing it but need the thermostat as it is in a more convenient location.

Tried the trouble shooter, factory reset, moving it closer and putting in the pairing code again but nothing seems to be working. 

Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out to us here @GillR1 . I would be happy to try and assist. 

First, just to check, is the thermostat mounted on the wall or is it mounted on a stand? Make sure to go to Tech info> Power on the display and take a picture of the power readings there so I can have a look at those as well.
