London user, Thermostat showing H71, have followed the community chat to reset the heat link but no flashing lights are shown. Seems the best link is faulty. Can't put heating on or hot water. Any advice on how to contact Google Support appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out. I'll do my best to get this sorted for you as soon as possible. Do you have any LEDs on your Heat Link? What about when you press on the Nest button? Can you also send me the case number for your chat with Google Nest support?
