Hello.

My heatlink has broken down.

I have checked the fuse the reset and everything else. The heatlink is dead. No light nothing.

Please can you supply me with a replacement that I am willing to pay for. I bought the thermostat 2 years ago.

Thank you.

James Rickard

Hey @Jr1,

Thanks for reaching out. I'll do my best to get this sorted for you as soon as possible.

Could you also help me with some answers to these questions?

How long has your thermostat been installed for?
Did the issue happen during the installation?
Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display?
Have you had any power cuts recently?
Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done?
How many zones ( thermostats ) are present in the setup?

Regards,
Cristian

It was purchased on the 17/4/20.
Installed shortly afterwards. I can be precise later.
There was an error on the display  saying no power to the heat link. T72 I think. However I have had my plumber replace the whole thing with a new one that I bought .
There was no power to the heat link that was checked by the plumber.
There is only one zone and there have been no works and the fuses were all working. It was a failure of the heatlink.

I have it in a box the one the new thermostat came in and the new one is working fine.

Give me an address to post it to and I will do so and you can discover yourself that the heatlink does not work.

The cost wolf tge plumber was £100 to replace the unit and the cost of the unit was about £180.00

Thank you.
