H71 error on heatlink. No lights coming on

My heat link is dead. I can't even reset as no lights come on. I'm an electrician and all power to unit and connections are fine. How do I get a new heat link?

Hi there and thanks for reaching our community. I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but I'll do my best to assist you. I'll need to document the case a bit, so please follow the instructions and questions below: 

 

Press the button on the Heat Link and check if you have any lights on it


Turn them off and then back on
Press on the button again and check for LEDs

How long has your thermostat been installed for?


Did the issue happen during the installation?


Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display?

Have you had any power cuts recently?


Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?


If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done?
How many zones ( thermostats ) are present in the setup

Hello Tom/LarisaL, can you say what the resolution was?
I have the same problem with one of my heat-links since last week, is it possible to order a replacement rather than a complete unit with thermostat?

Can you tell me if you press the Heat Link button for 30 seconds, does any light come on?

The reset button does nothing even if pressed for 30s.
