H72 error on 3rd Gen Nest Thermostat

Hi,

I installed a Nest thermostat (3rd gen) in 2020. Today, all of a sudden, my thermostat is giving me a H72 error and telling me there's no power.
I checked the heatlink and there was no light. Normally, there's a green light. Now... nothing.
The heatlink is connected to the same junction box as the boiler. The boiler is working perfectly. So, there IS power.
I tried cutting the power to the boiler and restarting it. Didn't help on the heatlink. Resetting the heatlink: tried it but did nothing.

Kind of assuming I have the same issue as basically everyone else has with that heatlink.

So, how can I get a replacement?

The day after chatting with Nest support, a new Google Nest Thermostate bundle arrived. They had no separate heatlink unit on stock, so they shipped the complete box. I could just take the heatlink from the box, put my old on back into the box and ship it back to Google with the accompanied shipping label and RMA label.
Replaced the heatlink and it's up and running again.

Looking at the past posts... didn't want to wait for the inevitable "get a replacement".
Reached out to support through chat and they are shipping a new heat link.
