Hi,
Hoping someone can help.
I have 2 Nests running underfloor heating (2 runs) and both the Heat Links have stopped working at the same time.
They are both connected to an SPD which doesn’t seem to have any issues. The main consumer unit for the house also hasn’t tripped (apologies if terminology is wrong - I’m definitely not an electrician!).
There doesn’t seem to be any power going to them as there are no lights and I’ve tried holding down the buttons for 30 seconds and still no lights come on.
Any idea what might be the cause of the issue and how to resolve?
Thanks 🙂

For them both to go out at the same time would suggest a power failure to the Heat Links, not the Heat Links themselves. Do you have a spur feeding them if you have checked the consumer unit fusesl, as there is a fuse in that? Do you have a picture of both units showing the area they are installed? I'm looking for anything that might feed them.

I can see the heat links and in the Wylex enclosure you have 2 contractors. What is feeding the Wylex box, where does the power come from? Do you have anything else on that wall to do with the heat links?

Second heat link in five years and its just failed again. Constant yellow light on before and after reset. Is there anyway to fix heat link or do I have to purchase another complete thermostat which includes heat link. Never had a product with such a short life span. Is there a fault with the heatlink part of the thermostat. Thanks

I would start a new post if you need help.
Are you saying the Heat Link is now showing a yellow light?
