H73 ERROR MESSAGE

Tazakel
Community Member

Hello

We have recently installed the heatlink to our boiler (only the on off function works) but when setting up the thermostat we are getting the H73 error message. We have checked that the boiler has OpenTherm and is compatible. The on off function of the Heat Link works and is linking to the boiler so we are not sure why the connection won't work. Do you have any advice please?

Hi Tazakel,

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. An H73 code means that there is a wireless connection but OpenTherm is not detected.

You can follow the guide below:

  1. Check that the power to your boiler hasn’t been turned off.
  2. If the switch controlling power to your boiler is on, but it’s not receiving power, have a local Nest Pro check your system.

Best,

Jenelyn
