Had to factory Reset for new WI-FI set up and now I get cold air for heat setting

Recently I switch WI-FI companies and I only knew how to factory reset to set up new Wi-Fi information. Now my thermostat saying can’t detect OB wire and blows cold air or kicks the Auxiliary heating on. How can I fix this? It’s cold!!

@Missstone83,

With Google Nest Thermostats, it is not necessary to perform a factory reset in order to change the WiFi settings.
What you probably have done is made setting change that has disabled your heating system.
Please answer to following so we can help you.
1. What Model Nest Thermostat do you have?

2. What type of heating system do you have?

3. On your outdoor unit, what is the Manufacturer and Model number?

4. Did you move or change any wire positions since or at the time of the reset.
5. Please upload a screenshot of your Nest Thermostat backplate showing the wires attached.
