Thermostat can't connect to WiFi. I was given case number 5-4726000031820. I was asked to supply information which has been supplied twice now. I haven't received any feedback from Google Nest Support. Can someone please followup. I thought Google was better than this

Same here. The heatlink seems to bebroken - raised a ticket 6 days ago with no resolution (5-6244000031701). I have had no heat on my home for almost 1 week now, I followed up 2 times - no response. Very disappointing.

Hi. I managed to get ahold of the support team and after a lot of conversation and testing, I was sent a replacement. Thanks
