To better assist you, I'd like to ask a few questions:

• What type of Nest thermostat do you have? Here's a helpful article about how to identify which model of thermostat you have.

• Is the thermostat display working?
• Did you get any error messages?
• Can your thermostat find other Wi-Fi networks?
• How far away is the thermostat from the router?
• Can your other devices find your Wi-Fi network name (SSID)?
