Heat Link dead with no lights

Hi there,

Can anyone help me please? My Heat Link (about 2 years old) is dead with no lights at all.

I have tried everything in the instructions/chats but nothing changes the H71 or the lack of lights on the heat Link.

It's cold and I have a sick spouse at home. I really need to put on some heating.

It's a 3rd gen Nest (3.4).

No recent work in the house, no WiFi issues, all fuse present and correct (on).

Short of buying a while new system, what can I do?

Many thanks

Doc

That sounds really stressful, especially with cold weather and a sick spouse. Since your Heat Link shows no lights at all, you can try a few things before considering a full replacement. First, check the power supply to make sure the Heat Link is receiving the correct voltage, as fuses in the boiler or spur socket can sometimes appear fine but still be faulty. You could also try plugging it into a different socket or power source. Next, attempt a reset by holding the reset button for 10–15 seconds and then reconnecting. Finally, inspect the wiring for any loose or corroded connections that might prevent the unit from powering on. If none of these steps work, contacting Nest support for further assistance or a possible replacement is recommended.
