Heat Link defective

Hi guys,

I've been using my google nest for almost 2,5 yrs now, happy about the ease of use, but all of a sudden the heat-link broke.

The power cable has not changed in 2 yrs, measuring 235V, but no lights on the heat link.

I noticed the problem on the nest itself that did not have connection to the heatlink.

I've tried to reset but dead as can be.

it seems rather quick that an item like a thermostat brakes after 2,5 yrs.

Edit: I've just found that apparently there is a problem with some units 3rd gen. Very likely that's the case here.

Hi ! 

same issue for me after 3 years of use, can it be repaired or exchanged ? Sent it back where I bought it for repair but google refused as more than 2 years …
