Heat Link not working - no lights

Hi

 

just overnight my heat link has stopped working and no lights are appearing on it even after completing a reset. My thermostat is giving the error message H71.

 

I have tried all of the troubleshooting online and nothing is working , there is power going to the boiler and it is working as required however I am now left without heat and hot water. 

from reading in the community it appears this may be a common fault with Heat link?

 

any helps would be appreciated

Hi @JasonE1 , thanks for reaching out. I would be happy to try and assist you. It is great to hear you already checked the power and breakers at the location. If it all looks good try and power cycle the Heat Link as well, if you're comfortable in doing so and haven't tried yet. Turn the power to the Heat Link off for a few minutes and then turn it back on. See if it has any reaction after, when you press the button on it.

Hi

Thanks for coming back to me. I tried the above but no joy. I got on to google support and went through a full list of checks. Unfortunately none of those worked and they fear the heat link is faulty.

 

they’ve sent a replacement out to me which should arrive in the next few days
