Heat Link not working

Hi. My Nest Heat Link is not working. I've restarted mains power to reset it but this has not worked. There are no lights visible on it so I think it is broken. I need it replaced immediately as I can't manually turn on my heating.

I would ring Google Nest, it's far quicker than waiting on a community forum.

I did thanks. It took a lot of searching to find a number for them but I  spoke to someone for over an hour, who was very helpful and has arranged to send a replacement heat link but I'm not sure about using Nest in the medioum term, any problems with it are so difficult to resolve.

I don't really see an issue with Google/Nest for repairs, as the Retailer/Installer are responsible for your unit, and should be first port of call in the UK. Google/Nest I agree have a 2 year warranty, but you have far more leverage with your Retailer/Installer, and fault coverage for at least 5 years for an item of that value.
