Good morning,
After 2 and a half years, suddenly the heat link isn't responding anymore. Got the H72 error in the thermostat. So I did a hard reboot on the heat link by unplugging the power cord. But when I put it back in, the heat link is not responding, no LEDs shown. Tried holding the button for 10 seconds to reboot, nothing happens, tried 20 seconds, nothing happens.
It is the second generation heat link. Nothing changed, it just stopped working this morning.
Does someone have any advice on what to do? Because right now I think the heat link needs to be replaced, but I don't think I can buy one, instead I have to buy the whole package again.. That would be quite a shame after 2 and a half years...

Hi there, thanks for reaching out! I'm really sorry to hear about this, but I'll do my best to help. Could you please respond to the following set of questions and also try the steps at the end?
Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before contacting us?
Were there any power outages recently?
Troubleshooting steps:
Check for all the breaker switches to be on.
Turn the breaker switches off and then on again.
Turn on manual mode, by pressing on the button of the Heat Link.
