Hi Tylerwhowell22,

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

If you're using a heat-pump, we can change the O/B wire settings to correct this behavior. 

Check your wiring and make sure that the Y and W terminal has the right wire sitting in it. That is if you're using a conventional system.
