Hello! I've had the nest thermostat for several years. I've been having more issues during the last few months, it seems, intermittent issues of the app saying the thermostat is offline. The thermostat sees the network and says it's online. The network shows the thermostat is connected. Looking at the nest status online, Nest says all services are online. Can someone please help me figure this out? Thermostat seems fine, I feel like it's the app. Logging in online shows the same thing. Offline for x minutes or hours. I did get into it once last night, and then it 'went down' a few minutes later.
I would appreciate any thoughts that might help. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.
It looks like your thermostat and Nest Services is fine. We'll need to check for the app status. Have you tried downloading the app on a different mobile device? Try to log in there and test if you're also getting the same behavior.
Also, could you try to use your phone's mobile data and see if you'll be able to get your thermostat online?
