Heat link and thermostat not working

My Heat link and thermostat have stopped working out of the blue!

Tried all online conversations, tried switching on and off. Thermostat has an error code so tried to charge manually but it’s just flashing a green light at the top.

No idea how to override the heating so no heat in the house! 
Help needed ASAP!

Which online conversations have you tried, I take it you mean the chat?

More important, have you tried to phone them, it's the quickest way?

Failing that if you had it installed get the installer back!
