Heat link h71 fault

Thermostat will not connect in to heat link fault h71. Cannot get any help. This my second thermostat. First one lasted 2years this one 4 months . I want my money back from Amazon how do I get it. Google back up is useless don't buy unless you can throw it away if it breaks.
