Last night my heat link on my 3rd gen nest thermostat decided to cease working and displaying’H72 HEAT LINK’. It has been fitted since April 2019 with no issues until last night. I have read through all posts regarding, what seems to be the same issue, faulty heat links and tried all testing suggested but the only way I can get any lights on heat link is to isolate power supply and power up via charging port. Is there anything I can do or how do I go about getting new heat link?
Thanks, Dave.

Hi there, received email asking if problem was now resolved but I’m still waiting on a response, seemingly there has been a case opened and I have a case number but have not had a reply since Thursday afternoon despite leaving posts and starting new thread. Still waiting on help. New heat link required.
