Heat link has no power

Hi …

 

everything has been working fine, i went on holiday and returned to low battery on my nest. I have used a few troubleshoots and  have tired to reset by pushing the reset button for 20 seconds but there is no light (green/yellow) 

I have checked all wires and connections and all is fine. The heat link is just dead.

  • Could you describe the troubleshooting steps you've taken besides resetting the Heat Link?
  • When was your thermostat installed? 
  • When did this issue begin?
  • Have you experienced any recent power outages?
  • Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?
  • Besides the low battery message, are you seeing any error codes displayed on the thermostat or within the app?
