Hi @Juddyxo12,

Thank you for posting in the community. I understand you're experiencing an issue with your Nest Thermostat E blowing hot air instead of cool when in cooling mode. Don't worry, help is here.

To gather all the necessary information and provide you with the best assistance, please answer the following questions:

  • When did cooling last work?
  • Have you tried setting your Nest Thermostat E to heating mode to see if it produces cold air? If it does, your heat pump's orientation might be reversed. Please follow the steps below to correct this:
    1. On your Nest Thermostat E, go to Settings.
    2. Select Equipment.
    3. Select Continue and then Continue.
    4. Select Heat Pump.
    5. The Nest Thermostat E defaults to an O setting for heat pumps.
    6. If the O option is highlighted, select B.
    7. If the B option is highlighted, select O.
    8. To make sure the issue is resolved, test your heating and cooling again.

Let me know how it goes.

Best regards,

Derick.
