Gen 3 thermostat

I keep getting disconnected from wifi. No other devices in the home have this problem. The only thing I see according to all the trouble shooting help tips is my battery is at little low. 3.697 v ....help! I have starlink which has been very reliable. Is the battery replaceable?

Please note that the battery of the Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd Gen) is not replaceable. To provide you with the best assistance, I need to gather some information. Please answer the following questions:

  • Could you please confirm the troubleshooting steps you have tried to fix this problem so far?
  • Does your Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd Gen) display any error messages? If so, do any of them relate to low battery or Wi-Fi connectivity?
  • How far away is the Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd Gen) from your router?
  • Have you tried charging your Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd Gen) for one hour using a micro USB cable? If not, please refer to this article for more information: Nest thermostat USB port.
