Hi @John28

If you tried power cycling the device without any luck, you should contact Google Nest Support. 🙂

This is a common problem as you will see from the amount of posts. Getting NEST people to do any thing about it will prove fruitless. I had to buy a new thermostat . They are not cheep.

Its the heatlink unit that links the boiler(?) . It has a known fault but you cannot buy one separately.

Follow up has been poor and luke warm at best from here.

Hi @John28 , thanks for reaching out to us here. I am sorry to hear you are facing difficulties with your device. I would be happy to try and assist.

If you have not already, check the breakers and switches at the location, to make sure nothing has tripped. Also check the boiler as it can sometimes have a separate switch on it. Confirm it has power, it should have a display or LED that turns on.

If it all looks good try and power cycle the Heat Link, if you're comfortable in doing so. Turn the power to the Heat Link off for a few minutes and then turn it back on. See if it has any reaction after, when you press the button on it.

Thank you for the suggestion @RXShorty , always appreciated!

Hi @Phils54 , I am sorry to hear you feel this way. Please keep in mind that the community is not an active chat or phone channel. We'll always try to reach out as soon as possible but it will be a little slower compared to calling us or contacting us on chat.

Hi there, just checking in with you. Did you manage to check the last message?

Heatlink was utterly dead. Online support went round in circles. Eventually I found a phone number and got it fixed from there. All good now. Thanks for advice.
