I have been an installer for a number of years and to be fair never had an issue that we could not resolve. That is until recently when I had a heat link failed after 11 months completely dead no led having called the help line and got no sense or the promised call back I had to purchase another complete system so they I could replace the heat link and resolve my customer issues. I have been trying now for weeks s to get and new replacement heat link but what a challenge this has been customer service☹️ Feel let down as an installer

I am one to slag this bunch of muppets of on this forum, as i find their input pretty useless, but when conatcting the help line I cannot fault them. The Nest phone line as you are aware as an installer is the same people from Nest, NOT Google muppets, Nest phone/chat line are helpfull. Check out the following thread to see what I did as a challenge the other day, and I think anyone not getting a result only has themselves to blame.
Set me the same challenge, and I will get exactly the same result I am that confident.
