- When was your Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd Gen) installed?
- Are you seeing any wiring reports or errors on the thermostat or app?
- Is the Heat Link showing any light?
- Does the Heat Link work in manual mode?
- Do you have a heating isolation switch or fuse board switch? If so, could you please confirm if it is on?
