Heat link no power

• Hi my heat link for my nest thermostat 3rd gen has died. 
  no heating and have a new baby arriving later this month. Need sorting ASAP please
  
  

- power is going into the unit.

- 30 seconds reset does nothing.

- bought March last year installed in the July. 
- tried all solutions on the forums. Looks like it’s dead to me. 

can you help? Seems like a waste of money for something that is only going to last just over a year.
