Heat link stopped working - says replace heatlink

Hi help please.

My heat link has stopped working - no lights nothing. the display on the nest unit says to replace heat link. how do I do this please and where do I get one from.

We live off grid and this is our only sourse of heat and hot water so not good until we get this fixed.
