Heat link stopped working

Message H72 on e learning thermostat. 

No led on Heat link is on or blinking. 

230VAC power  supply to the unit is okay. 

Because of this we have no heating, only boiler function is working now. 

I installed the  Nest thermostat in december 2019

Hi @Mike66 , thank you for the information. It is great to hear you already checked the power. If that all looks good try and power cycle the Heat Link, if you're comfortable in doing so. Turn the power to the Heat Link off for a few minutes and then turn it back on. See if it has any reaction after when you press the button on it.

Hi Alex. Thanks for your help. I did what you asked, but still the same problem. The LEDs are off and there is no 12VDC power on the T1-T2 output for the thermostat. When I use the micro-USB port to power the Heat Link the indication LED is on but still no power at the output.
