Heat mode acting like heat/cool mode

Hi,

My nest thermostat is acting like its in heat/cool mode when it's in heat mode.  Instead of simply turning off when the heat rises to a desired temperature, it switches to cool and then continuously alternates between heat and cool to stay right at the desired temperature.  Any idea what might be causing this issue and how to fix it?

That's not normal for sure, can you try rebooting your thermostat to see if that clears it up?
