Heat only works in Emergency Heat mode

Hi, I just installed the Neat thermostat. We set it to 72 but it just says it is 69 (and dropped as low as 67) but just says the next routine will start at 8pm (or whatever time). I’ve deleted all routines and just set it to 72 but it still will not turn on. Sometimes, I can feel cool air coming out and it makes it colder.

When I turn in Emergency Heat AND the fan, I can get somewhat warm air to come out, which helps maintain us at 69 but I’d like to get at least 70. Prior to this installation yesterday, my HVAC system could get my house to the desired temp in less than an hour, max. I have two babies and this is really scary if I can’t get it fixed. Please help! I’ve included pics of the thermostat pre-installation and the current install.

Hello folks,

Thanks for helping, Jake.

@Anguyen111, I'm checking back in. How's it going with your thermostat? Were you able to review the link shared above? Clearing all the temperature schedules would help as well, or modify them and make sure that they are set to your preferred temperatures.

Please let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Mark
