Heat runs in heat and cool settings

I installed generation 3.  Everything appears to be working except heat comes on in both heat and cool settings

Having your system not work as intended can be troublesome, sorry to hear this is the case. Let's jump in and see if we can find what's causing the issue. Do you mind sending in a picture of your current wire set up for me to review? I did also find a helpful article that has some troubleshooting steps. Please let me know if that helps.
