Using the test function, the thermostat turns on our gas furnace and blows hot forced air. But in use, the furnace does not turn on and it blows cold air. We do not have A/C. Our old thermostat had connections to R, G, and W/AUX. Thanks for your help.

I am having this issue except that it just happened yesterday after working great for a couple years. When I put it in test mode I get hot air, but not otherwise.
