Hi there, I’ve read a few threads about the same issue but still no luck in fixing this.
Overnight, heating stopped working. Error code is H71 but no light on HeatLink. I have two children, one is a 5 month old baby and heating is rather important and urgent.
What is the fastest way to resolve this?

Hey there, thanks for reaching out. I'm here to help. Could you tell me when it started happening? Which type of Nest Thermostat do you have (Nest Learning Thermostat 2nd gen/3rd gen, Nest Thermostat E, or Nest Thermostat 2020)? Also, what country are you located in?

sorted now, it was replaced with a new one yesterday.
