What does this icon mean I have tried to find my thermostat on the app and it can’t find it when I scan. I have switched off my WiFi etc and not having any success just get this image I have all reset the thermostat don’t know what to try next

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. I'm here to help. Basically the Google Nest Thermostat E requires the Nest App in order to function. Also, make sure to keep your Wi-Fi/mobile data/Bluetooth on during the setup, otherwise you won't be able to add it to your App. Let me know if you manage to finish the installation, if not I'll assist you further.

That icon means download the NEST app to your phone and use it for setup.
