Heating comes on when not scheduled.

Our boiler firesup roughly the same time everyday when not scheduled. At first I thought it was preheating but I have that set on 1 hour and this is sometimes 5 hours before.

I have to go on the app to turn the temp down to stop the boiler.

I don't think this happens when we are away from home as eco mode kicks in.

Any advice please

To isolate:

1. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
2. When did the issue first occur?
3. What is the make and model of your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment?
4. Is there a heating message on the display?
5. When was pre-heating active (actual time, "This morning,"  etc.)? When is the next scheduled set point?
6. Could you share with us a screenshot or photos showing the expanded Energy history? Also you schedule temperatures.
