Nest Thermostat Displaying Incorrect Time

Hi there, The time changed on my 3 Nest Thermostats for some reason. I also have a Nest Learning stat, and the time is correct on that one. This is, of course impacting my heating schedules and any help would be immensely appreciated. Thanks.

Nest thermostat disliked by HVAC professionals

Why do HVAC professionals dislike Nest learning thermostats?Apparently they have caused zone panel damage and equipment damage.Has anyone experienced these issues?I have been using Nest learning thermostats and haven't had any issues so far.

AC starting and stopping

AC seems to be starting and stopping (short circuiting?) when the temperature is close to where the thermostat is set. Only happens with AC. Furnace seems to work fine. PS this was earlier in the summer
