Hello,I checked the app on their device to confirm if they had the address or not per DD8’s suggestion. And they do indeed have the address in Settings, Home Information. They still cannot access the thermostat in google home. But are able to access ...

Hello Jeff,I have not had a chance to ask the two household members having trouble if they have the address in their app. I will respond with an answer one way or the other when I do.
