Hi there,
I am having issues with heating in my house. I have removed the face plate and jumped out the t-stat so I know the furnace is working properly.
I can turn on heat with a test and everything will function normally.
However in a normal operation it seems the t-stat is unresponsive. When I turn the heat up in the house nothing will engage.
I have also tried resetting the t-stat and ensuring the wiring is correct.
Any help here would be great.

Sunnyside customer service had me do a factory reset. Found out my battery was to low and needed to charge. Can't connect to App and internet until battery charge. Start working correctly after factory reset. Unbelievable, customer service was cool and great could not believe it and didn't have to stay on phone forever.

Hi Twhit,
So you have to remove the Nest and charge it with a USB charger then do the factory reset? I will try charging it and doing a reset on it. By chance do you know what the volatge is on the battery? I believe I am around 3.87V.
