Heating not turning on

Have had the thermostat for over a year with no issues. However, when i now try to change the temperature on both the thermostat on the app, the heating does not come on. The thermostat says it will be 1.5 hours or so depending on temperature and i hear the heat link click, but the heating doesnt come on. For what its worth we do have hot water. Have tried resetting the heat link and have turned off/on. Any suggestions welcome

• Which kind of thermostat are you using?
  How is the LED light on the Heat Link doing?
  Does the hot water activation follow a pattern?
• Does the display show a water droplet inside of a circle? This icon suggests whether or not hot water or bacteria prevention is activated.

All sorted now - called out an engineer and something went on the circuit board in the boiler
