Heating

Hi all

Hoping for some advice

We have a learning thermostat, I have set a schedule for heating to start at 5pm to 8pm at 20c however it just seems to get hotter and hotter and doesn't switch off at 20c

After 8pm I have it at 15c so it should switch off, but how do I get it to stop getting hotter after it reaches 20x

Hi Andrewchard76,

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay. 

A few questions to help us further isolate the issue. Did you check the temperature schedule and it was being set to heat up to 20 degrees? How about the next schedule? Could you try adding a couple of minutes between the 20 and 15 degrees schedule?

Ideally, it should stop before 8PM or earlier depending how fast your HVAC unit reaches the target heating temperature.
