Hi I have a Nest Heatlink 3rd Generation, it appears to be completely dead.
It was installed by BOXT on the 6th Jan 2020 and it has power to it but no lights at all.
As a result we cannot heat our house.
Is it still under guarantee?
If not can you buy this unit?
How can I resolve this?
