My heat link is not showing any lights, my thermostat is blank, and the app says it’s offline (it’s not a WiFi issue)
I see a number of people are posting the same issue but no replies regarding it yet, can anyone help?
is this a common fault? It’s just over a year old, the button to manually turn the heating on the heat link won’t work either
