After almost two years of working fine, my heatlink suddenly stopped working. The thermostat is showing the H71 error.
There is no light on the heatlink, and I'm unable to manually turn the heating on. Attempting to reset the unit by holding the button for 8 or 30 seconds also does nothing.
I've confirmed that the fuse is not tripped,
From other threads, I've seen this questions, so answers below:
Thanks in advance

Hi @ajc .
It is awesome to see you already checked multiple threads and look into what you can try.
It is good you checked the breakers, that is always the first step.
If you have not already also power cycle the Heat Link. Turn the power off to the Heat Link for a few minutes, if you are comfortable in doing so, and then turn it back on. Once it is back on see if it has any reaction when you press the button on it.
Regards,
AlexD

Thanks, Alex. Power cycling the heat link does not change anything, unfortunately.

Hi, I have a similar problem to the previous ones in this message. This morning my heating was on fine then around midday when it is due on again I noticed it hadn't come on. The Thermostat stated failed to connect wirelessly to the heat link. I tried a retry but it was the same. On checking the heatlink there is no lights showing, all power is on and we have had no power cuts. I have tried the trouble shoot advise given in this and other chats but it appears the heatlink is dead. This was only fitted in Aug 2020 and has been fine until today. Many thanks for any help.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I managed to speak to one of your advisors yesterday and they have resolved the issue and sent me a replacement part.
