Annoyed as thisneas replaced by Google under warranty in September 2023. Now its just stopped and we are unable to resolve via Twitter like last time.
Raised a ticket yesterday but have yet to hear anything and in the meantime the house os freezing. We have two Heatlinks and it's the downstairs one with hot water that has just stopped.
Checked the wires underneath and power is going to some but not all.

No, am in Ireland.
The faulty heatlink was replaced by Google in September 2023.but has failed again.

That's a shame as in the UK we can go back to the retailer.
Do you have the other faulty one also, of has that been thrown away?
